This community includes a mix of modern housing from multi-family to single homes that provide for the needs of privacy, and special detail to the kitchens in order TO accommodate food preparation year round.

The CLUBHOUSE layout was inspired by the Jewish Jerusalem Temple providing a public plaza, courtyard, and more private inner sanction.
