Our design approach for Las Catalinas was to create a seamless integration between the town and its natural surroundings.
By designating an outdoor living atmosphere and pedestrian-only streets, we were able to create a unique way of life that encourages connection with nature.
Our 19 distinct apartment and townhouse floor plans were designed to maximize direct views of the coastline, ensuring that residents can fully appreciate the beauty of their surroundings.
