  • Courtyard Heritage: the home has reinterpreted a traditional focal point, the courtyard, bringing nature into the home and encouraging social interaction

  • Living Seawall: the marina seawall is an example of more sustainable and ecological-minded coastal protection that balances the health of the marine ecosystem with human needs

  • Sustainability: we raised the home to enhance its resilience to climate change and promote a healthier living style
